Research and development rules of industry university research cooperation
According to the company's R & D management regulations, the company encourages and actively carries out the cooperation with domestic well-known universities and large foreign enterprises. The principles and procedures are as follows:
(1) In line with the positive, open-minded and prudent principles, we should carry out industry university research cooperation;
(2) The company accepts the recommendation from all sides, seeks the cooperation object of industry university research, and forms the preliminary intention through two-way investigation and negotiation. The chief engineer is responsible for summarizing and analyzing the data, and reporting it to the decision-making level of the company for research and approval;
(3) After the approval of the general manager of the company, the chief engineer shall organize the specific signing of the cooperation agreement between industry, University and Research Institute. If the content of the cooperation agreement exceeds the scope authorized by the board of directors to the general manager, it shall be subject to the special approval of the board of directors;
(4) Once the industry university research cooperation is started, it will be carried out by the project undertaking department, report to the chief engineer regularly, and report to the chief engineer immediately in case of major problems;
(5) In case of human resources, expenses, equipment, instruments, experimental sites, ownership of achievements, etc. in the cooperation project of Industry University Research Institute, the company will strictly implement the agreement. All internal cooperation departments of the company will actively support and report to the chief engineer if there are different opinions or reasonable suggestions, and assist in mediation.
